HHS Alliance - The HHS Alliance serves as an external advisory board for the HHS Department. To join or learn more about the Alliance, please contact Gina Posada at eugeniap@5675n.com or 575-525-5869.
- The Alliance meets from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Crisis Now Workgroup - The Crisis Now Workgroup is a joint City/County effort to plan for the implementation of the Crisis Now Model, which will transform the behavioral health crisis response system and leverage the new 988 resources.
- The Crisis Now Workgroup meets from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the third Thursday of each month.
HHS Executive Alliance - The Executive Committee provides guidance for HHS Alliance operations.
- The HHS Executive Alliance meets from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the second Wednesday of the month in January, April, July and October in the Doña Ana County Health & Human Services Conference Room, 2nd floor.
LDWI Committee - A subcommittee of the HHS Alliance that contributes to the administration of the LDWI program, focused on reducing DWI and the impact of alcohol in communities.
- The DWI Committee meets from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month in February, May, August, and November in the Doña Ana County Health & Human Services Conference Room, 2nd floor.
Wellness Institute - The HHS department provides administrative support to the Wellness Institute. The Wellness Institute serves as the local health council and collaborates to create a community-centered, integrated health system to improve the health of Doña Ana County residents. - The Wellness Institute meets from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the first Thursday of each month.
WI Advisory Council - The WI Advisory Council sets the strategic direction for the Institute and prioritizes issues to address system changes in healthcare delivery.
- The WI Advisory Council meets from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. on the second Wednesday of each month in the Doña Ana County Health & Human Services Conference Room, 2nd floor.
Wellness Institute Committees
Opioid +360 Workgroup - This workgroup collaborates to meet cross agency deliverables related to opioid and other substance use disorders, reduce duplicate efforts and become a stronger voice for the community. For additional information, please visit http://nmhealth.org/about/erd/ibeb/pos/
